PM&Partners is one of the leading private equity managers in Italy.

PM&Partners invests in mid-sized Italian companies (sales between Euro 30 and 300 million).

PM&Partners acquires majorities or qualified minorities in buy-out/buy-in and growth capital transactions with the objective to create value in the medium term.

Since 2000, PM&Partners’ Team has raised over Euro 500 million from Italian and foreign institutional investors. The company is based in Milan and Rome.

PM&Partners will consider investment opportunities in various industries including mechanical engineering, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, consumer goods, food, packaging and services.

Management

PM&Partners, where necessary, provides support in identifying and selecting managers with the appropriate skillset required for the company development and incentivizes management by aligning their interests with the shareholders.

Strategic Contribution and Network

PM&Partners provides guidance to management and entrepreneurs by sharing and providing support for new strategic decisions, consolidation and penetration of new markets, acquisitions, valuations and negotiation of structured financing plans. Moreover, PM&Partners provides its portfolio companies with access to its network of national and international contacts and appoints independent board members who provide knowledge and skills.

Add-on Opportunities

Thanks to its long standing experience in successfully investing in Italian companies, PM&Partners has a proactive approach to add-ons and leads management teams to source and analyze add-on opportunities and will manage the acquisitions to facilitate aggregations or market consolidation initiatives in its portfolio companies.
